On December 1, 2023, the regional Olympiad of power engineers among students of technical and vocational education organizations, organized by the Department of Education of the Pavlodar region, was held on the basis of the InEU Higher College. 23 students took part in it.
Objectives of the event:
– identification and support of capable and gifted students;
– development of students’ activity and their intellectual abilities;
– involvement in the organizational and mentoring activities of teachers, as well as their cooperation.
The Olympiad of Power Engineers consisted of two rounds: round 1 – electronic testing, verifying professional knowledge, round 2 – practical, this stage was evaluated by specialists – representatives of social partners:
Chairman of the jury: Mustafin Arman Dauletovich – Deputy Head of the Power and electrical workshop of JSC Aluminum of Kazakhstan. Jury members: Suleimenov Dosymzhan Muratovich – Deputy head of the department of power grids and substations of JSC KSP Steel; Novikov Nikolay Vasilyevich – Chief engineer of the city enterprise of intra-house electric networks.
The 8 participants who scored the most points were admitted to the second round.
The results were summed up at the closing ceremony of the Olympiad.
By the decision of the jury, Daniyal Alippekov, a student of InEU Higher College, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree.
The diploma of the 2nd degree was awarded to Gulyaev Gordey, a student of the Aksu Higher Multidisciplinary College, and Vladimir Marakhovsky, a student of the InEU Higher College.
The diploma of the 3rd degree was awarded to Vakhit Aizat, a student of the Higher College of Toraigyrov University, and Arapov Ilyas, a student of the Pavlodar Assembly College.
