The VII Juridical scientific and practical conference

The competition was held in six directions:

– civil law, family law, civil procedure;

– criminal law and criminology, criminal enforcement law, criminal procedure;

– state-legal;

– social and humanitarian sciences;

– socio-economic sciences;

– judicial system, prosecutor’s supervision, advocacy, administrative law.

173 scientific works were participated in the conference.

The best representatives of educational institutions and legal structures of Pavlodar and Pavlodar region were invited as a jury. So the chairmen were Sembina Sh.E. – Police Lieutenant Colonel, Deputy Head of the Central Police Department of the Pavlodar Police Department; Zhangazina G.Sh. – judge of the Pavlodar City, Elmuratov G.Zh. – Candidate of Political Sciences, Professor of the Department of Social Sciences, Journalism and Information of the NAO Toraigyrov University; Suleimenov M.A. – Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department «Social and Humanitarian Sciences» of the Innovative Eurasian University; Bespaly S.V. – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Business and Management of the Innovative Eurasian University, Ivanova M.A. – head of the Reconciliation Center «Tatulasu Ortalygy» of the territorial Association of Trade Unions of Pavlodar region, professional mediator, Kydralinova A.K., Master of Law, Head of the Department of Law of the Innovative Eurasian University.

The conference is one of the biggest place where current questions and modern developments in the field of civil dispute resolution, mediation, as well as topical issues related to modern problems in the field of judicial and legislative procedures were discussed. The exchange of practical knowledge and professional experience of the jury members with students and schoolchildren in the field of law took place here.

At the end of the working day, the conference participants gathered to summarize the results and announce the winners.
