On October 10-14, 2022, an annual press conference on the topic “Criminal and administrative liability of minors” was held at the InEU Higher College. This event was attended by: Shcheglov Serzhan Bakhytbekovich, Battalova Bakhyt Kenesovna – judges of the Specialized Interdistrict Juvenile Court of Pavlodar Region, Zhangazina Galia Shametovna – judge of the Pavlodar City Court; Sultanov Kudabai Tokbergenovich – judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Criminal Court of Pavlodar region; Tusupaeva Asel Lukysovna – Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Pavlodar; Kasymova Rada Olegovna – police captain, district inspector for juvenile affairs of the Central Police Department of the Pavlodar Police Department; Baltabaev Askhat Serikovich – Captain of Justice, teacher of the cycle of Special Disciplines of the Training Center of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Samenov Yerik Kaysarovich, Zengin Olga Zarkhimovna, Adilzhanova Olga Serikkanovna – lawyers of the Pavlodar Regional Bar Association of Pavlodar region; Kasenov Murat Kabdul-Khamitovich is a private bailiff of the regional chamber of private bailiffs of Pavlodar region.
During the press conference, the participants discussed the features of criminal and administrative proceedings against minors, legislative problems related to the prevention of juvenile delinquency, the timing of sending cases to court, the timing of criminal and administrative prosecution, the procedure for drawing up protocols on administrative offenses and other topical issues.
The specialists tried to answer all the questions of the students. The main task of the press conference is to expand the legal horizons of students, to equip them with facts so that the guys can share this information with all college students.
