On February 17, 2023, a round table on the topic “Through Faith to peace” was held at the Higher College of InEU, to which guests were invited: Acting Head of the Department for Religious Issues of the Pavlodar region Serik Kabykenovich Kulzhibaev, as well as Director of the Pavlodar branch of the International Center for Human Development Yerlan Kozykorpeshevich Musaipov, as well as Head of the Youth Department of the Pavlodar Diocese Vladimir Bryukhanov.
Spiritual and moral education of the younger generation is of particular importance in the modern world. The main thing now is the formation of a person capable of making responsible decisions, of displaying moral behavior in any life situation, and its most important components are spirituality, morality, patriotism.
The round table was interesting and informative. The revival of religious education in our country, as one of the foundations of proper spiritual and moral education of a person, is timely and, as the meeting showed, necessary. One thing became obvious to all its participants: no matter what religion a person adheres to, the main thing is to live in peace with oneself, one’s neighbors, to take as a basis attitudes towards other people – tolerance and respect!
