On February 11, 2021, graduates of the Higher College of InEU participated in an online meeting as part of the implementation of the large-scale project “Future with ERG” aimed at attracting talented young people to industrial specialties. At the meeting, the children were told about the enterprises of the Eurasian group, in particular, they noted the JSC “Aluminum of Kazakhstan” in the Pavlodar region, pointing out the opportunities that this enterprise gives to start a career.
Students of the energy department of the college enthusiastically took part in the event, asked the representatives of the enterprise the questions they were interested in. In addition, the graduates received information on the demanded specialties. In their speeches, our students shared their plans for the future, many of them are associated with JSC “Aluminum of Kazakhstan”.
On March 4, 2021, the management and organizers of the project presented the director of our college Tazhenov Sh.A. a letter of thanks for the active joint work on the training of qualified personnel for JSC “Aluminum of Kazakhstan”, and for their active participation in the event, students Bolatov Miras, Kalel Adilzhan and Kopysheva Margarita received memorable gifts.
