The Higher College of the Innovative Eurasian University — one of the leading colleges of the Pavlodar region — proposes the establishment of long-term partnership relations.

3.      Trilateral Memorandum of International Cooperation between Karaganda Banking College named after Zh. K. Bukenov, Asian Innovation College (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic), and Higher College of Innovative Eurasian University LLP.

4.      Memorandum of Cooperation between D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (Non-profit Joint Stock Company) and Higher College of Innovative Eurasian University LLP.

5.      Memorandum of Cooperation between Aktobe Higher Polytechnic College (State Communal Enterprise) and Higher College of Innovative Eurasian University LLP.

6.      Memorandum of International Cooperation between Barnaul Cooperative Technical School of the Altai Krai Union of Consumer Societies and Higher College of Innovative Eurasian University LLP.
