April 23, 2025 – a national day of the book in Kazakhstan, which is celebrated for the first time. This new festive date appeared in connection with the order of the Head of State, given at the main session of the Third National Kurultay in order to form a high reading culture in society.
Thanks to reading, a person develops his imagination and creative abilities, increases his vocabulary, and in some cases the book can even motivate.
As part of the celebration of the national day of the book in the college library, the action “What Reads Youth …” was held. During the event, students enthusiastically talked about their read books,
They shared their impressions, and also had a conversation about the importance of reading in the life of modern youth. At the end of the event, a book exhibition was presented to their attention.
