On April 22, 2025, employees of the branch of the Pavlodar career center, in the person of the head of the sector for interaction with the employers of Fayzulin Bolat Tukenovich and the specialist of the Bayzhunusova department, Dana Leonidovna met with students of the highest college of Ineu.
The main topic of the meeting was the construction of a successful career,
The possibility of employment of graduates, their professional self -determination and adaptation of students to modern working conditions. The center’s specialists talked about the in demand, about effective preparation for the interview, about how to make a competitive resume and confidently prove themselves in the labor market.
Particular attention was paid to such aspects as the development of internships and practice during training, the possibility of employment through state and private youth support programs. Representatives of the career center emphasized the importance of the early planning of the career and active participation in projects, competitions and volunteer movements,
which can be a great start to professional growth. Students took part in the discussion with interest, asked questions and shared their expectations from the future profession. Such meetings help young people consciously approach the choice of a professional path and give confidence in the future. The atmosphere of the meeting was open and motivating.
In conclusion, representatives of the center proposed individual consultations and invited students to trainings and master classes conducted as part of the career support program.
