Prevention of offenses among young people: constructive dialogue in INUU

On April 17, 2025, students with law enforcement agencies were held at the High College of INU. The main issues that were affected in the conversation are the goals and objectives of the OPM “Teen”, the responsibility of minors for offenses (hooliganism, theft, the use of alcohol and narcotic substances, smoking in public places, etc.),
Examples from the practice of law enforcement agencies, the influence of unlawful behavior on the future reputation and opportunities (receipt, employment, etc.), the importance of seeking help from adults and law enforcement agencies in case of difficult situations.

The motivation for responsible and safe behavior has been increased, it was emphasized that the events within the framework of the teenager OPM were not aimed at punishment, but at the prevention and support of youth.
The conversation was held in a constructive and confidential atmosphere. The participants showed interest in the topic.
Such meetings contribute to a decrease in the level of teenage crime and the formation of stable moral and legal guidelines among young people.
