It has become a good tradition in the High College of INU in February to hold events dedicated to the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. On February 13, an evening was held in the assembly hall – meetings with the Afghans warriors. This event was attended by: participants in Afghan events, Emelyanov Sergey Viktorovich, Zarkanov Nurzhan Tlegenovich.
The deputy director of innovative activities Karmishina Lidia Vasilievna made a welcoming speech to guests and students of the 1st year. Songs were sounded, “Talisman”, “Anashm”, “Afghanistan”, the guys read poetry, asked guests the questions that interest them. With a minute of silence present in the hall, the children’s memory honored,
dead during military duty in Afghanistan. Students warmly thanked the guests of the event for interesting stories about Afghan events. For memory, guests were awarded commemorative gifts and a common photo of the participants was taken.
