From December 26 to 27, 2024 in Zhezkazgan (Ulytau region), a republican competition of professional skills was held among teachers of the TVET organization specializing in the field of energy (thermal power engineering). The competition was attended by the best specialists from all over the country, who demonstrated their knowledge and experience. The program included theoretical and practical stages, which allowed participants to demonstrate not only knowledge of current energy problems, but also skills in working with modern technologies.
Asel Bagdatovna Aryngazinova, a lecturer at the Higher College of the Innovative Eurasian University (Pavlodar), brilliantly presented the Pavlodar region. She successfully passed all stages of the competition, confirming her high professionalism, deep knowledge and ability to use innovative techniques. Taking the third place, Asel Bagdatovna adequately defended the honor of her region. Her success is a vivid example of high professionalism and constant striving for self—improvement.
