Students from 4 regions (Kostanay, Aktobe, Karaganda, Pavlodar) arrived in Almaty to completely immerse in the entrepreneurial environment, to find like-minded people, to meet successful businesmen and make their own microbusiness.
18 students of the InEU Higher College won the opportunity to be participants in the Summer Entrepreneurial school and upgrade their projects. They were waiting for a whole week of training and masterclasses, work with mentors.
Guys learned how to come up with an idea that solves user’s problems, how to pack all the findings into a business model, how to promote products and services. This and many other things were taught to our students by Daniyar Medetov, the leading tracker of the AlmaU School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, CEO of the Central Asian Foundation, Irina Urazhanova, methodologist, expert in pedagogical design and andragogy, education data engineer.
Students have completed numerous trainings:
– How to calculate how much our product will cost and how much we will earn? – Gennady Kim, Co-founder at Kitchen’S, Partner at Cantra.com, Partner at Chocolife.me.
– How to make an investor fall in love with your presentation – Sultanbek Kaiym, CEO Advisor at the Petrogaschemical Association of Kazakhstan, Project Lead at the Eurasian Center for People Management.
– How can we pitch our startup idea to get investment? – Vladimir Kushchenko, The Art of Public Speaking.
After the training, guys used the acquired knowledge to defend their projects in front of the jury. And in the end, the participants were expected to have a victorious dinner, a fire, dances, and other entertainments.
