The VI Republican Legal Scientific and Practical Conference of Schoolchildren and College Students “CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN – THE BASIS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE AND SOCIETY” was held at the Higher College of InEU on April 21 of this year. The organizers of this event were members of the cycle methodological commission of legal disciplines of the Higher College of InEU under the leadership of A.Zh. Mausymbekova.
In the competition for the best work in five areas: civil law, family law, civil procedure; criminal law and criminology, criminal executive law, criminal process; state-legal; social and humanities, socio-economic sciences – 328 scientific reports took part.
As a jury, the best representatives of educational institutions of Pavlodar, as well as social partners of the Higher College of InEU were invited. Myrzakhmetov; section “Social and Humanities” – Yelmuratov Gani Zhumabaevich – candidate of political sciences, professor of the department of “Social Sciences, Journalism and Information” NAO “Toraigyrov University”; Section of Social and Economic Sciences – Bespaly Sergey Vladimirovich – Bespaly Sergey Vladimirovich – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of Economics, Faculty of Business, Education and Law, Innovative Eurasian University
The guest of honor of the conference was Hamzin Amangeldy Shapievich – President of the InEU Consortium, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the Kazakh Academy of Education, Chairman of the Council of Biyev of Pavlodar and Pavlodar Region, Honorary Judge of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Citizen of Pavlodar region, Honorary Citizen of Pavlodar, Honorary Citizen of Zhelezinsky District, Member of Ethics Council of Public Service Department in Pavlodar Region, Judge in Honorary Resignation.
The conference was held in the following format: April 21, 2022 – online speeches through the Zoom platform.
At the end of the working day, the conference participants gathered to summarize and announce the winners. The jury members noted the active participation in the online scientific forum of representatives of the city of Nur-Sultan; Pavlodar; Almaty; Aktobe; Atyrau; Kostanay; Akmola; Karaganda; East Kazakhstan; North Kazakhstan; Kyzylorda; Zhambylskaya; Mangystau regions
According to the results of the conference, participants were awarded certificates.
