The Pavlodar Pedagogical College named after Akhmetov hosted competitions in military-applied sports dedicated to the upcoming Victory Day and the memory of WWII veteran Kabdesh Nurkin.
Students of 9 educational institutions of the region took part in them. The competitions were held in 5 stages of military-applied sports: according to fire training, incomplete disassembly and assembly of the Kalashnikov assault rifle, equipment and discharge of the automatic rifle magazine, shooting from an air rifle according to instructions No. 8, dressing a combined–arms protective kit (UGC raincoat in sleeves), physical training – lifting-flip on the crossbar (boys) and lifting the torso from the supine position (girls).
Our team from the Higher College of the Innovative Eurasian University also participated in this tournament. According to the results of the competition, our team took 1st place in the stage of physical training in the exercise of lifting the trunk from the supine position (girls). We congratulate our team in the person of teachers of NVTP Magzumov N.T. and Dzhanakhmetov M.I. and wish our youth patience, health, hard work, and most importantly success in big sports.
