04.04.2023, the humanitarian department of HCInEU held a round table “Interaction of the college with social partners on the employment of graduates.” The purpose of the event is to assist college graduates in determining with work or study in the future. The director of the college, A.U. Tashekenova, noted that thanks to the focused work of the college, the employment of graduates is almost 100%, and our social partners and existing youth programs provide assistance in this. Specialists of KSU “Employment Center” Akimat of Pavlodar (T.M. Aitybayev) and Pavlodar district of the region (E.G. Stalev, A.S. Sausanova) took part in the event. They introduced graduates to youth programs that allow to find a decent job without practical experience and conditions of participation in them, and also distributed campaign booklets.
The main topic of their speech was the requirements of employers for those who would like to work with them. These, of course, are good profile knowledge, positive universal qualities, responsibility and hard work. But the main thing is the manifestation of initiative and the desire to improve their work and the work of the institution.
For those who are going to continue their education, representatives of the city’s universities presented detailed information. Students asked questions of interest to them, admission, training, benefits and the possibility of combining work and study.
All participants were interested in holding such an event, so the round table was held in a positive format, in a dynamic manner.
