The desire for self-improvement and professional mastery is characteristic of representatives of pedagogical specialties. The school for young college teacher helps young professionals to adapt to work, gain experience, broaden their horizons and replenish the piggy bank of methodological ideas.
With this goal, during the academic year, experienced mentors conducted open lessons and master classes for young teachers three times. Another open lesson on the topic “Researching an issue related to the fashion industry” was conducted by the teacher of special disciplines Felker T.A. on March 30, 2023 on the basis of the UiA-112 group.
Young teachers saw how to combine the activities of students, what ways to increase their motivation to learn a foreign language, how to organize the creative activity of students within the lesson. The teacher used project technology with elements of critical thinking.
The guests of the open lesson noted the good basic training of such students as Tomiris Tazhenova, Dilyara Tokazhanova, Milana Kulatayeva and others.
