As part of the “One College – One Book” action, on November 17, students were introduced in the college library to the biography and creative activity of the great Kazakh educator, linguist, Turkologist, poet and translator, literary critic, public figure, Akhmet Baitursynov. After listening the story about his life and work, participants talked about why A. Baitursynov is called the teacher of the nation in Kazakhstan. They read and discussed poems and fables from the collections “Masa” and “Kyryk Mysal”. And also an exhibition of books by A. Baitursynov, articles from magazines about him were presented to their attention.
