The next meeting of the methodological association took place on May 19, 2022 on the basis of the Higher College of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy. The topic of the discussion platform “Pedagogical experience as proof of the ability to improve the quality and effectiveness of educational work.”
The deputy directors discussed the methods of educational work in educational institutions of the TiPO system, work with students living in hostels and others.
Deputy Director for Educational Work of HCInEU Apaeva Zh.K presented the published author’s development of a manual on educational work for novice class teachers of the TiPO system, which was co-written with the senior curator of the college Felker T.A.
The presented methodological recommendations have a practical orientation, developed on the basis of many years of work experience, include materials on diagnostics, planning the work of the class teacher, working with the parents of students.
During the discussion, the site participants noted the relevance of the publication, the value of the experience gained and the need to disseminate it. The performance score was high.
The work was attended by representatives of the Regional Education Department, who noted the creative potential of the participants in the discussion platform, the multifaceted activities of the deputy directors for the education of a professional and socially competent person and wished them success in difficult work.
