On March 1, on the basis of Pavlodar Higher Technological College, a master class was held for teachers and masters of industrial training of TiPO organizations with a degree in Catering in the competence of Povarskoye Delo. The teacher of special disciplines A.Z. Karagaeva took part in this event. The result of the master class was 4 complex dishes. All work was carried out on innovative equipment: induction plates, steam cabinets, shock freezing cabinets. Thanks to such master classes, teachers of our region exchange experience, discover not only the secrets of cooking, but also the intricacies of preparing students for participation in the WorldSkills championships.
