The subject week of information technology was held at the Higher College of InEU from February 22 to 26. The purpose of conducting extracurricular activities is to foster cognitive interest, reorient the perception of academic disciplines, broaden horizons, informal communication between teachers and students.
According to the approved schedule of the week, the following activities were carried out:
– Competition of computer drawings on the theme “Year of the Environment”;
– Olympiad in Information Technology;
– Competition video presentation on the topic “Distance learning: pros and cons”.
Students of different specialties and courses of our college took part in the competitions and the Olympiad.
The results of the competitive events are as follows:
Maren Danial, a student of the Standardization Metrology and Certification-110 group, won the computer drawing competition. The second place was taken by Danagul Kabieva (group of Jurisprudence-130), the third place was shared by the student of the Finance-110 group Adilkhan Budanbaev and the student of the Jurisprudence-120 group Kaliyardamov Nurbek.
The Information Technology Olympiad included tasks performed in MS Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel. The student of the Computers and Software-219 group Dmitry Kukolev coped with the Olympiad task best of all. Violetta Popenkova, a student of the Finance-219 group, is in second place, and Vladimir Mochenov, a student of the BES-110 group, is in third place.
The video business card competition turned out to be the most difficult for our students. Gurbanbaeva Alina, a student of the Accounting and Audit-219 group, according to the judges, created the best business card and became the winner of the competition. The jury also noted the video presentation created by the combined team of the Computing Equipment and Software-318 and IS-318 groups.
The winners of the contests were awarded with diplomas.
