On September 20, 2024, at VKINEU a conversation was held among college students on the topic “Countering religious extremism and terrorism, gambling addiction, fraud and drug addiction in the city of Pavlodar.” The lecture was given by employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of Pavlodar. They announced what punishment awaits everyone for violating the law on the above points. Changes in the law were also announced under articles that provide for completely new punishments and terms for these offenses. Students listened to the material with interest and asked questions. And they independently came to the conclusion
that in no case should one break the law, since the price of retribution is very high.
