Creative works of students of group D- 310 Baimbetova Alina, Cherkasova Marina and group D-211 Yesentaeva Kamila, Novozhilova Victoria, Prudnikova Anel, Fedina Varvara, Yaschenko Polina, and Burezhny Igor, performed under the guidance of a teacher of special disciplines Yuminova Elena Ivanovna, took part in the city exhibition-competition “Batyrs of the Great Steppe”, dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day. The organizers of the competition were OF “Veterans and Invalids of the Afghan war … of Pavlodar region” and GU “Department of Internal Policy of the city of Pavlodar”. The exhibition featured works made in the technique of graphics and gouache painting. These are still lifes and portraits on the theme of the Great Patriotic War and creative compositions depicting the batyrs of Kazakhstan. On May 7, the awarding ceremony of the competition took place on GDK Square. Kaliyeva Maral with the still life “We remember” received a diploma and a cash prize in the nomination “Patriotism”.
