Innovative Eurasian University today is not only a higher education institution with a large and glorious biography, but also a leading university in the region, the largest research center, widely known for its innovations and achievements in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad. According to the results of the 2013 General Rating, the Innovative University of Eurasia is recognized as the best non-state multidisciplinary university in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
InEU prepares specialists for higher professional education in various fields in the state and Russian languages in 53 specialties of undergraduate full-time and part-time education.
The university offers a number of significant advantages to its college graduates:
1. when enrolling in an institution of higher education in an adjacent specialty, training is conducted on an abbreviated program for three years;
2. college graduates are offered a favorable system of discounts for tuition fees, including a half-yearly exemption for the first semester for full-time studies – up to 20%; + 5% to graduates of InEU Higher College, correspondence – up to 10%
3. A college graduate, while studying in a university, by correspondence, may work in his specialty, gaining professional experience, which in the future will allow him to become a highly qualified in-demand senior specialist.

Comprehensive testing
Necessary documents for participation in the complex testing are:
– an application form,
– a certificate or diploma of elementary (technical and professional) or secondary professional (post–secondary) educational institution (original),
– receipt of paid complex testing,
– 2 photos sized 3×4,
– medical paper, form 075,
– a copy of the identity card.
The complex testing of prospective students (CTPS) is held for graduates:
– graduates of secondary general educational institutions of previous years;
– graduates of elementary and secondary professional educational institutions (technical and professional, post–secondary);
graduates of comprehensive schools who studied on international schoolchildren exchange line abroad who did not take part in SNT;
– graduates of republican musical boarding schools;
– citizens who graduated from educational institutions abroad as well.
Reception of applications for participation in the CTPS is held by the admission centres of high educational institutions from the 20th of June till the 9th of July, to creativity specialities is conducted by the admission centres of high educational institutions from the 20th of June till the 1st of July.
The complex testing of prospective students is held on 4 subjects:
Kazakh or Russian (language of study),
History of Kazakhstan,
Mathematics
subject on choice (Geography, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Kazakh Literature (Russian literature), a foreign language).
The complex testing is conducted from the 17th till the 23rd of July on the base of 37 basic high educational institutions.
The number of testing tasks on each subject is 25. The right answer to each testing task is evaluated with 1 point.
For citizens applying for creativity specialities the points on 2 subjects of the complex testing Kazakh or Russian, History of Kazakhstan are taken into consideration.
On the complex testing 2 hours and 30 minutes are given. Re–testing is not permitted.

Cooperation with educational institutions
The Higher College of InEU cooperates with the schools of the region. For high school students, Olympiads in economics, open days, trial tests, consultations, excursions are held annually. Together with the university, the college invites you to participate in the annual republican conference "Integration of Education and Science - a Step into the Future," helps in preparing for the UNT, conducts driving courses.
Students of the humanitarian department of the specialties "Primary education" (teacher of a foreign language in elementary school), "Physical education," "Basic secondary education" (Kazakh language and literature) undergo technological, pedagogical, pre-diploma and diploma practices in schools in the city of Pavlodar. Strong partnerships have been established with many educational institutions, and the heads of such schools as No. 29 (school director Ibragimov FI), No. 22 (Mambetova M.), No. 43 (Semiga N.S.), No. 39 (Bulgakova E.I.), No. 13 (Kamieva S.M.), No. 42 (Turguldinova I.J.), No. 19 (Nugerbaev TK) contribute in every possible way to the formation of future teachers, the formation of interest in the specialty. Long-term cooperation and social partnership agreements are concluded with twenty schools
At the end of the practice, reporting conferences are organized, at which students of pedagogical specialties report on the work done, share their impressions, talk about the events held in schools, express gratitude to the management and teams of teachers.
The Higher College of InEU is the organizer of Olympiads in energy specialties and the professional Kazakh language among educational institutions of technical and professional education. On the basis of the college, meetings of regional methodological associations, round tables, training seminars, advanced training courses are held with the invitation of specialists from the education department and IPC InEU.
InEU Consortium
Innovative Eurasian University is a consortium whose functioning is designed to solve the problems of continuity of education.
The continuity of vocational education is enshrined in Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education."
The state program for the development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2005-2010, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2004 No. 1459, determined to ensure the continuity of educational levels in terms of content and duration of education.
The problem of continuity of educational programs, as a factor in increasing the efficiency of training qualified specialists, requires the harmonization of general education, general technical, special educational subjects and all educational and production work into a single integrated complex in order to prepare young people for equal participation in the modern world of employment and employment. The solution of this problem reflects the tasks of the holistic pedagogical process of training a highly qualified professional for modern knowledge-intensive industries and maintaining his level of professionalism throughout his working life.
The structure of the Innovative Eurasian University contains all levels of vocational education approved by the Law "On Education" of our Republic: secondary general, primary vocational education, secondary, higher, postgraduate and additional. This miniature model reproduces the entire vocational education system of the region. Within the framework of one educational and production complex, students have the opportunity to receive education according to the scheme: professional lyceum - college - university - master's degree.
The continuity of educational programs in this system acts as a link between all stages of education and includes as significant signs such a sequence of educational work in which the consolidation, expansion, complication, deepening of knowledge, skills and skills that make up the content of educational activity at the current stage continue in each subsequent stage.
The new classifier of professions and specialties is cross-cutting in nature, which makes it possible to integrate different levels of vocational education.
The student adapts more easily within one educational institution and grows much more efficiently as a specialist. A significant advantage is the reduction in training periods.
