From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Department of Information Technology hosted the Week of Legal Disciplines. In the framework of the subject week were organized a number of events, in which students of the 1st and 3rd courses of the specialty “Jurisprudence” took part. The week has been busy and interesting.
On November 1, 2022 teacher Tortaeva A.K. held an open lesson on the subject “Banking Law” in the group P-330 on the topic “Banking system”. The lesson was conducted using innovative technologies. It is necessary to note the favorable productivity in the lesson, the interest and activity of students. When completing the tasks, the children demonstrated good knowledge and skills.
On November 2, 2022, teachers Mausymbekova A.Zh., Myrzagozhina G.T. held a single open lesson on the subjects “Azamattyk kukyk zhane Sottyk іs zhurgіzu” on the topic “Mіndettemelіk kukyk zhәne sot otyrysynda azamattyk, akіmshіlіk, kylmystyk іsterdі karaudy uyymdasty”. At the lesson were raised problematic issues, implemented in the course of fulfilling obligations. Students of the P-320 group took an active part in subsequent lessons. A business game “Court Session” was also held. Conducting such games allows you to consolidate the lecture material and get practical experience in the field of administrative proceedings.
Teacher Kashkenova A.M. in group P-212 on November 4, 2022, conducted an open lesson on the topic: “General Provisions on Wills” on RO 3.4 Using regulatory legal acts to apply the rules of law to specific situations and recommendations. The purpose is to study of the application of theoretical knowledge in practical cases; the ability to analyze practical and theoretical material. At an open lesson, a private notary Zhanimbetova G.B. when interviewing homework as an expert, she commented on the answers of students, and also took part in a business game: “Consultation with a notary.”
Thus, the Week showed increased and professional competence of students. Graduates are able to solve professional problems based on regulatory legal acts, competently make decisions in non-standard habits, work in team, observe etiquette and culture of communication. This knowledge will be useful to them in full measure both in life, and in the profession, and in further studies.
It is also important that the students were once again convinced that the profession of a lawyer is interesting, necessary, significant, and their choice is the right one!
