MISSION: TRAINING COMPETITIVE SPECIALISTS THROUGH PRACTICE-ORIENTED LEARNING, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, AND COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRY

IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COLLEGE NEEDS OF SOCIETY AND THE INDUSTRIAL-INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF THE pAVLODAR REGION, INTEGRATION INTO THE WORLD EDUCATIONAL SPACE.

• Development and implementation of modern educational programs that meet international standards and current labor market requirements.
• Expanding and strengthening partnerships with leading enterprises in the region and international organizations for the development and implementation of dual education.
• Improving the professional competence of teaching staff and developing human resources through participation in online educational programs, internships and training sessions.
• Creation and development of mini-enterprises to ensure practice-oriented learning and integration of educational and production processes.
• Comprehensive modernization and strengthening of the college's material and technical base, step-by-step development and implementation of modern digital infrastructure.
• Development of a system of social, psychological and pedagogical support for students, including adaptation programs, psychological services and the introduction of a GPA system aimed at the comprehensive development of personal and professional competencies.
• Participation in WorldSkills industry championships and the formation of its own training base for the preparation of competitors.
• Improving career guidance and promoting the prestige of working professions through information campaigns and mass career guidance events.

HIGHER COLLEGE FLAG OF INNOVATIVE UNIVERSITY OF EURASIA

The flag of the Higher College of InEU is a rectangular white cloth with the image in the center of the college logo. The ratio of the flag’s width to its length is 1: 2.

On the left and right in the ancient Turkic Kazakh languages, the word “KAZAKSTAN” is written. Above in the Latin alphabet “QAZAQSTAN”, which means: Kazakhstan does not pass, but returns to the Latin alphabet. The transition to the Latin alphabet is a way to expand the horizons of the Kazakh nation, integrate into the world civilization and transform the nationwide idea of “Mangilik El”. The main element of the college flag is its color – white. The pure white color of the flag testifies to a clean, transparent continuous education since the appearance of our ancestors (since the formation of ancient states at the beginning of the 1st millennium BC, already at that time there were tribes that spoke proto-Turkic languages, and during the Middle Ages on the territory of Kazakhstan appeared Turkic writing) to the present. This is evidenced by the inscriptions to the left, right and top of the logo on the flag.

HIGHER COLLEGE LOGO OF INNOVATIVE UNIVERSITY OF EURASIA

Logo of InEU higher College is a combination , including both visual and verbal elements arranged on a blue circle.
By visual elements it’s the globe , symbolizing all the world space , which is determined to act on the owner of the logo , rendering their educational and scientific – technical services ( as the college is included in a consortium of InEU ) . On the globe in the upper part there depicts a stylized flying seagull , symbolizing the coast and indirectly indicating that the College is located in Pavlodar, and at the bottom – the book – a symbol of knowledge. The word ” CInEU” which is placed on the center line of the world, is an abbreviation neoplasm composed on the basis of the expression ” College of Innovative University of Eurasia ” , with letter abbreviations mean:H – “Higher” C – “College ” In- ” Innovation ” E – ” Eurasian ” U – ” University ” . Italic letters are made in standard font design.
Under the globe there is drawn a composite national Kazakh ornament , incorporating elements ” Aisha – bibі ” and ” Қoshқar mүyіz .” Ornament is made in a yellow colored design .
On the edge from left to right in the yellow color there is a performance made the inscription ” COLLEGE Innovative University of Eurasia “, which has no independent legal protection .
Elements of the logo : a globe , a book , a seagull and the word ” CInEU” made in white , with each letter in the word ” CInEU” further encircled by a yellow line , and the gull has a blue border.
Thus, the colors of the words ” Kazakhstan ” in the ancient and the modern Kazakh which is depicted on the flag of the college match the colors of the logo.
